Who we are

Treviniad Logistics Pty Ltd is an Australian freight and logistics company with hubs in Sydney, NSW and Melbourne, VIC, operating at treviniad.com. Using this site or booking a service means you accept these terms.

Quotes and bookings

• Quotes provided via our online form or by email are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a confirmation email and receipt of any required deposit.
• We may decline or cancel a booking if: we cannot safely transport your goods; your pick-up/drop-off location is inaccessible; or there is an obvious pricing error in our quote.

Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card. For business clients, 30-day payment terms may be available upon approval. Full payment is required before delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

Liability and insurance

• All shipments are covered by our standard insurance policy. Additional coverage for high-value goods is available on request.
• Treviniad is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, etc.).
• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods as declared on the booking form, or the limit of our insurance policy, whichever is lower.

Acceptable goods

You agree not to book transport for dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items without our prior written approval. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.

Intellectual property

The Treviniad name, site text, layout, photography and graphics are ours or used with permission, and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the federal laws of Australia.
